Pilates encourages a deep connection between the mind and body.

Join Leah to stretch, strengthen and breathe.

Pilates fosters functional movement patterns, stability and balance in your body. The breath-focused practice combines controlled movements that promote deep core strength and spinal alignment. With over 6000 hours of training, Leah integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory, functional breathwork and mindful movement into your contemporary Pilates classes. Your one-on-one Reformer session is tailored to your unique goals.

Each immersive session integrates evidence-based methods to decrease physical and emotional stress, foster your neurobiological resilience and support immunological biomarkers.

Option to end your session bathed in the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls to experience a full-body meditative experience. Emerging research suggests that sound healing fosters relaxation, reduces stress and supports sleep.

Expect to leave each class feeling stronger, refreshed and connected to your center.
