YOGA FOR CANCER CARE

As a cancer survivor, I understand the unique challenges faced by those undergoing treatment.

My role as a teacher is to share tools that may be helpful to tap into your own inner pharmacy to find moments of relaxation, calm and peace. While you may have an amazing and talented team of doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, nurses and nutritionists supporting you, this practice is an empowering way to harness your own internal strength and participate in the process in a new way.
