This Yin-yasa workshop offers a balance of strength and mobility practices; integrating breathwork, mat pilates, slow flow yoga, yin yoga and meditation for a comprehensive reset to fuel body, mind and energy.
The second half of the class is focused on Yin yoga; a therapeutic and functional approach to practice. It is often described as the other half of exercise. Yin is a complementary practice to more active styles of yoga supporting mobility maintenance, nervous system regulation, and injury prevention.
